Finch Bakery Review
I’ve been following the Finch Bakery twins for years and its been so interesting following their journey. They now have shop fronts in Lancashire and are on the counter at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre.
I’ve wanted to try their bakes for ages and finally got round to it. They do mail order through their website and TikTok shop-I ordered through the latter and it arrived in a couple of days.
What I liked about the bakes was the size- they were just big enough. A lot of bakers do these massive chunks which I find are a bit too big for me.
They were all really good, but my favourite was the cornflake topped blondie.
