Gu Plant Zillionaires Cheesecake Review

Happy New Year Cake Lovers! January is Veganuary so of course I will be trying some vegan goodies. First up is this dessert from Gu. Now most of Gu’s desserts are not vegan or veggie friendly-they have beef gelatin-so I’m glad that they have these vegan alternatives. This cheesecake is made up of a biscuit Base with layers of caramel crème and salted caramel & coconut cream layer, topped with a chocolate ganache layer and finished with a sprinkle of sugar pearls.

This was a really good dessert full of flavour, which vegans and non vegans will enjoy.
